Here is the synopsis, “Set in post-independent India, the film sets out to explore the intent of the MGNREA, and its implementation over the past five years. The film journeys through districts in Rajasthan, Bihar, Sikkim and Andhra Pradesh, in search of visible changes that has happened on the ground level. Speaking to beneficiaries, village headmen, district collectors, state secretaries and social activists, the message that echoes is that the potency of this Act is undeniable!” You can watch the film online.
